Vibrant strawberries are one of my favourite varieties. I like how the flowers then fruit present themselves on tall upright trusses before they eventually tumble down under weight (if the fruit is heavy enough). I have these growing in my own garden at home in a strawberry planter and I think they are the perfect variety for both this and hanging baskets. One of my favourite things about this variety is its ability to produce a second crop later in the year if conditions are right.
 
Vibrant strawberry plants produce nicely shaped medium to large-sized berries. They have good resistance to mildew and crown rot.
 
All our bare root strawberry plants are walked by DEFRA twice a year to certify them as pest and disease-free. This is done to ensure you are buying the healthiest plants we can supply to help you start your fruit growing journey with us.
