Terms and Conditions


Moore Berries UK offers a variety of high-quality, certified (where possible) and affordable plants for home growers. In accordance with the established custom of the trade, Moore Berries UK will in no case be liable for more than the actual amount paid for a particular item. 


During our selling season (autumn - spring) our plants will be delivered within 10 working days.


Almost all of the items we sell are seasonal and so not available to be despatched straight away, however they may be available to pre-order. For example, we will send out plants at the best time for planting. If you pre-order a plant, it will arrive as a bare root plant but with the right care will grow to their mature sizes. To pre-order an item online, simply add your chosen item to your shopping basket as normal and proceed with payment. Payment will be processed at the time of order. We do not offer refunds on pre ordered items. Please see the refund policy for further details.

We give guidance on when they will arrive on the product page. However, please be advised that these dates are subject to change due to weather conditions and availability.


Sometimes plants can be delayed in transit. If you are not happy with the condition of your plants on arrival, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange to send you a replacement. If your items can be safely left somewhere in case you will be out, please specify this when placing your order. If you know you will be away when your plants are due to be delivered, please contact us for further delivery advice.

Plants should be planted as soon as you receive them. 


All our plants are despatch at the right time for them to be planted. They will be healthy plants and we ask that you read the planting guide included before planting out. This will ensure the plant has the best opportunity to thrive. If you do not follow our planting guide and your plants do not grow properly, then while we are disappointed with you, we sadly cannot share the lose. Alternatively any other problems that arise please do make contact with us and we will be happy to help.


All listed prices reflect the price of plants at that time. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time. All prices include VAT, if applicable. 

Images and Video

Any images or videos published on any digital channels will become, by default, the copyright of Moore Berries UK. We may use these for the foreseeable future in any marketing literature online.

Return Policy

We make sure all of our products leave in excellent condition. However, if you are not happy with your delivery please let us know at

We cannot offer refunds for deliveries that arrived but you were not in to collect.


If an item is not as expected once it has arrived ... please get in touch to let us know to expect a return. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if you return your item to us within 28 days of receiving your order.*

    1. Check your item is in a resaleable condition and in its original packaging.

    2. To help us process your return quickly, please ensure you include your name, address and order number in the parcel to return.

    3. Affix the correct postage and return your parcel to Moore Berries UK, 20 Bilney Road, Gressenhall NR20 4EG.

    4. We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We regret that we are only able to refund postage charges if you have been sent incorrect, faulty or damaged goods. Therefore we do not recommend paying extra for 'special delivery' or 'signed for' services.

If an item is faulty or damaged, or if you have been sent an incorrect product ...

... please let us now via email within 28 days of receiving your order to discuss the best course of action.

Depending on the circumstances, we may not need you to return a damaged item and therefore may not be able to refund the postage if you post an item without getting in touch first. We regret that if items are returned using 'special delivery' or 'signed for' services, we may not be able to refund the whole cost. 

We cannot refund any items ordered on a pre order, even if they have not yet been posted. Once the items and order are paid for then we cannot refund. We can change the postal address for you, but there may be a small admin charge of £1 for this.
