Rovada is a productive late-season redcurrant producing heavy crops of bright red berries carried on long, attractive strings.

The long fruiting clusters make the berries easy to pick and Rovada is an excellent variety for extending the redcurrant harvest after earlier varieties have finished.

The fruit has the classic refreshing redcurrant flavour and is brilliant for jellies, sauces, desserts, pies and freezing.

Rovada is one of the redcurrants I would definitely include if you want plenty of fruit. The long strings look fantastic and make picking much easier than on varieties with shorter clusters.
