Vibrant strawberries are one of my favourite varieties. I like how the flowers then fruit present themselves on tall upright trusses before they eventually tumble down under weight (if the fruit is heavy enough). I have these growing in my own garden at home in a strawberry planter and I think they are the perfect variety for both this and hanging baskets. One of my favourite things about this variety is its ability to produce a second crop later in the year if conditions are right.
 
Vibrant strawberry plants produce nicely shaped medium to large sized berries. They have good resistance to mildew and crown rot.
 
All our bare root strawberry plants are walked by DEFRA twice a year to certify them as pest and disease free. This is done to ensure you are buying the healthiest plants we can supply to help you start your fruit growing journey with us.
