Hapil is my favourite strawberry. I believe it is the best tasting strawberry there is and every garden should have some plants to try them out. The flavour of this berry is superior to other varieties and especially to shop bought fruit. The fruit does not store well but that won't be a problem as it really makes it back to the house before being eaten. It is a hardy variety and will thrive is both gardens and allotments. Hapil strawberry plants produce a heavy crop of good sized berries for you to enjoy both fresh from the plant, by making jam or adding to desserts.
 
All our bare root strawberry plants are walked by DEFRA twice a year to certify them as pest and disease free. This is done to ensure you are buying the healthiest plants we can supply to help you start your fruit growing journey with us.
